How to request Cashless Pre-Authorization (step-by-step)
- Confirm empanelment: Check the table above or call the Insurance Desk at +91 9060604072 to confirm whether your policy / scheme is currently accepted for the specific procedure.
- Submit pre-auth request: Use our online pre-authorization form (Pre-auth form) or present your policy card at admissions.
- Upload documents: ID (Aadhaar/PAN), insurance card, referral (if required), prior investigation reports and signed consent forms.
- Billing & insurer TPA: Our Billing team initiates the pre-auth with the insurer/TPA — typical response time 24–72 hours depending on the insurer.
- Admission: Once pre-auth is approved, admissions will complete the paperwork and proceed with the cashless process.

We recommend displaying empanelment certificates and validity dates next to each insurer.
